The Trojan Grill is graciously hosting a Spirit Night for New Kent Robotics and FTC team 16537 LogiCoyote. On Monday, Sep 9, The Trojan Grill will be donating 10% of all dinner sales to our team. From 6:00 – 8:00 a few team members will be in the lobby along with a robot that we have been working on. Come meet team LogiCoyote, see their robot, learn more about New Kent Robotics, and enjoy a delicious meal at The Trojan Grill!

Thank you to the New Kent County Fair and to EVERYONE who came out and enjoyed the fair this weekend! New Kent Robotics collected parking fees for the fair, and a portion of that will be donated to our team. We also collected $100 in individual donations for the team! We love this community, and THANK YOU for the continued love and support you show us.
Michael and I attended RavenCon in Williamsburg as part of Lord of the Bricks this past weekend. We were part of an event titled “Rise With the Machines: Saturday Morning Robotics Demo”. We met with attendees and told them what the team did this year, and gave a demonstration of the robot in action.
The coolest part was that we met three NASA Engineers. I’ve exchanged emails with them since, and they would like to schedule a Skype call or some other way to meet with our teams (New Kent Robotics and Lord of the Bricks, either together or separately). It will be very cool to have the kids meet and ask questions of these talented engineers!
